Stephen was on top of our re-fi the entire way through. Any time I called, or texted, he answered. He never had to “look us up” or look at notes to remember what we were doing. He was very thorough and was incredibly knowledgeable in the entire process from the paperwork and applications, through documentation, and even helped to navigate through new legislation and legality. He is well researched, and the best I’ve had the pleasure of working with. As an aside, he is also easy to talk to and sometimes, pretty comical. So a lot of what we did didn’t feel like work.
